We use Gas Stoves in the kitchen. Hello guys, I work in a fairly large kitchen at a local hotel come restaurant and thought I could come on here and share with everyone not only my love for food but the new found respect I have for stoves. We use stoves a lot more than one might think in comparison to the standard conventional stoves that you find in most kitchens and this really benefits us as it tastes and flavours the food ten times better than your average cooker. The stoves add an intensity that cannot be mimicked through any other flavouring or preparation mode, it can only be achieved through the stoves and that is what makes them so special. They slowly seem to infuse flavour into foods, especially meats and add another layer or texture of flavouring to the food. I would definitely recommend that you all begin to start using and cooking with stoves.
