I was strolling in the park one day, in the very merry month of March, and I bumped in a small kid (about 7 or 8 years old). I had accidentally knocked him down, but when I tried to help him up and appologize (yes, grownups can appologize to kids if the grownups made a mistake) he didn’t want to move until he pulled out a blue thingy out of his schoolbag, and started to point it at me and pressed some buttons. I took a closer look at the thingy, and it had a lens in the middle. Also, it made the distinctive sounds of a photo camera. I had never seen such a thing before, so when I got home I looked it up on the internet. Turns out the kid was shooting pictures with the Fisher Price Kid Tough Digital Camera. Well, the first thing that crossed my mind was “hmm, technology is getting way ahead of me. Cameras for kids…?”. I really need to keep up with modern times.
